Welcome to Nakashi Parrswood

Nakashi Parrswood was opened by Paul Lomax 4^rd Dan, in 2004, initially to give children the opportunity to develop their confidence, coordination, fitness levels and respect towards others. As the club became more established, parents wanted to join, so we now have mixed classes and Nakashi Parrswood teaches Shitoru-Shukoki Karate to all ages from 5 years upwards.

On the 16th September 2014 we opened a new class at the Life Avondale centre, Heathbank Road, Cheadle Heath, Stockport, SK3 0UP.

Both, Paul Lomax and Helen Lomax started their Karate training in 1991 and have been training under Denis Casey, 8^th Dan (UK chief instructor) since.

Denis Casey has given his full support, commitment and authorisation to Nakashi Parrswood and Paul Lomax to teach under the SSKU association.

Nakashi Parrswood is a small and structured club with enthusiastic students that are willing and happy to learn the complexity and skill of Shito-Ryu-Shukokai karate do.

Paul & Helen are both first aid trained and enhanced DBs checked (formally CRB) and all members are insured through the EKF.
